Due to the high volume of website traffic and orders during the pop up sale, some items may oversell. In this case, your orders will be placed on Pre-order with a max 2 week turn around time before being posted.

What if I want to ask a question prior to purchasing?

We are always here to chat and answer your questions. Please feel free to contact us here!

How do I care for my silicone teethers.

Before use, be sure to remove all packaging. Wash in warm water or top rack of your dishwasher.

What are your Silicone beads and teethers made from?

They are made using non toxic 100% food grade silicone. Free from BPA, PVC, Phthalates, Cadmium, Lead and Nitrosamine - Free from all of those nasties!

What are your wooden beads made from?

All of our wooden beads are untreated natural Maple wood.

Can I leave my child unattended while playing or holding a piece of  jewellery or your accessories?

NO! Just like all pieces of jewellery and accessories, they are NOT A TOY and not designed for children under 3 years of age. Our jewellery and accessories contain small parts and cords, which may pose a choking and strangulation hazard if misused.

Can I shorten the length of my necklace?

Yes you certainly can. If your necklace is made onto our Nylon-silk cord, simply push the ends out of the clasps, un-knot and cut slightly longer to your desired length and re-tie your knots securely with a double loop.

Do you make Custom Orders?

We love creating custom designs. If there is something you see and love, but would like it to be altered in any way or if you would like sometime custom designed and made, please get in touch and contact us here with your details. We'd love to hear from you.

Do you attend local markets?

Yes we certainly do. We love attending markets and meeting and greeting all of our lovely customers. Head over to our Instagram or Facebook page to checkout our latest markets we will be attending or alternatively, contact us here to ask.

How long will my order take?

**We will try our very best to post within 48 hrs of receiving payment confirmation of your order.** But please allow up to 5 days in some cases for your order to be made and posted. Need it quicker? We can do that! Select EXPRESS post at checkout and we will guarantee to pop it in the post box within 24 hrs after your order is received and payment is confirmed.

*During the @stylishkids_popupstore sale these times can be slightly longer.

Postage?

All items are shipped with Australia Post. **We will try our very best to post within 48 hrs of receiving payment confirmation of your order.** But please allow up to 5 days in some cases for your order to be made and posted.
Postage delivery times vary from city to city and country to country. Allow an estimated* 6-10 days.

What are your delivery options?

Australian deliveries.

After you have entered your postal details, you will be directed to your postage options. These include:

Regular post at a flat rate of $9.00

Express post at $12.00

Local post FREE to Melbourne suburbs surrounding to 3088  that have pre-arranged pick-up or drop off.

Do you provide International delivery?

Please contact us for a quote. Generally the costs are approx $15AUD. International customers please note that we are shipping from Australia. Parcels can take anywhere between 7 business days to 3 business weeks to arrive in your country. Sometimes it can take longer. All postage times are approximately and can not be guarantied

If there are any custom issues or country refusal issues with your parcel, We are unable to accept responsibility.

FREE Gift Wrapping

If you would like your items gift wrapped, you can leave a note at checkout! We will use beautiful woven silk paper and matching ribbon.  Colours will be chosen at random to match your item. If there is a specific colour you would like, please let us know and we will happily try and co-ordinate.

What payments methods do you accept?

Upon checkout, you will be directed to your payment choices. These include:

PayPal, However, If you DO NOT HAVE a PayPal account, you can still select this method and then scroll to the bottom of PayPals page and select Pay With Credit or Debit Card 

Square, Secure credit card processing with your Credit or Debit Card 

Offline payments, for ore authorised account holders or pre- arranged bank transfers

Returns and refunds?

We want you to love your item that you have purchased from us. 
If you are not happy please contact us within 5 days of receiving your item to see what we can do. 
Refunds will only take place in the event of faulty or incorrect products (minus the postage cost) This will happen once I have received the returned item in its original condition.

Invoices

Electronic invoices will be sent with your purchase. We will only send paper invoices upon request. We are conscious to help reduce the amount of paper waste generated and to help bring down the impact it has on the environment.
